Murtagh is Contracting Officer The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to procure Enzyme Bio-Remediating Parts Washers P/N 55FH001 (Or Equal) and P/N 40FH001 (Or Equal). The required basic quantity is for 10 each 55-gallon models, and 1 each 40-gallon model. Included with the basic quantity are requirements to provide Technical Safety Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets. An option for up to an additional 20 more of the 55-gallon units shall also be included in the solicitation. P/N 55FH001 (or equal) uses a neutral to alkaline water-based mixture of emulsifiers, surface active agents, and microbes, containing no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), phosphates, formaldehydes, biocides, or solvents for degreasing and oil dispersion on small parts. With the combination of the filtration device and the microbes, the cleaning solution shall not require removal and replacement under normal operation. Specifically, the unit shall be used for remediation of oils, solvents, greases, ethylene glycol, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. P/N 40FH001 (or equal) uses a neutral mixture of emulsifiers, surface active agents, and microbes, containing no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), phosphates, formaldehydes, biocides, or solvents for degreasing and oil dispersion on small parts. With the combination of the parts cleaner and the filter, the cleaning solution shall not require removal and replacement under normal operation. Specifically, the unit shall be used for remediation of oils, solvents, greases, ethylene glycol, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The delivery of the basic quantity will be NLT 60 days after contract award. Any option quantities, if exercised, shall be delivered 30 days after the option is invoked.
