MODERNIZATION THROUGH SPARES CONFERENCE: WASHINGTON, D.C., NOVEMBER 16-18, 1998 Several high level Army and Department of Defense officials will participate in the "Modernization Through Spares Conference" from November 16-18, 1998 at the Marriott Wardman Park, 2660 Woodley Road NW, Washington, D.C. This conference will address acquisition and logistics initiatives for the reduction of operations and support costs in the Army.
