This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for: supplies and materials for rough-in-shell package for a 3000 sf log cabin with a loft, kitchen, showers and bathrooms, sleeping, meeting dining and storage areas. The package will include all logs and accessories, loft floor, roof framing, metal roofing, porch roof, doors and hardware, windows, dormer siding, exterior trim, framing, supports, stairs, insulation and interior tongue and grove ceiling. Set up at site is required. This is located at Mt. Trumbull at an eleveation of 6500ft. This site is located approxitmately 65 miles southeast of St. George, Utah on the Arizona Strip.
