U -- EDUCATION & TRAINING SERVICES SOL RFQ80205 DUE 091098 POC Andrea K Pearson, Contract Specialist, 202-324-2975 The FBI intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to KC Resources Creative Solutions, Inc 8610 Baltimore-Washington Blvd; Suite 218, Jessup, Maryland 20794 for 172 employees to attend on site training at FBI facilities for Olicom Internetworking training. KC Resources has been designated by the manufacturer as the only other authorized educational provider of this software. Vendor shall: (a) provide 10 classes on-site in Olicom Advanced Internetworking with a maximum of 10 students in each class (b) provide 10 classes on site in Olicom Advanced IP Routing with a maximum 10 students in each class (c)provide 6 classes on-site in Internetworking and IP Fundamentals with a maximum of 12 students in each class. Training shall be at one of the following FBI facilities: Fort Monmouth, NJ, Pocatello, ID and one at the vendor site in Jessup, MD, beginning September 21, 1998 and ending April 30, 1999. This is a commercial service and is being conducted in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart12.6 and SAP under the Test Program (FAR 13.6). This is a 100% small business set-aside, SIC 8299, business size $5 million. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and a one-year option. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through FAC 97-05. This requirement is being issued as RFQ #80205.
