Provide professional engineering services to prepare the design development program submission, preliminary drawings, working drawings, specifications, including the cost estimates, and construction period services to facilitate award of construction contract to Renovate/Replace Primary Care Modules -- Phase II. This project is to Renovate VAH Hines, IL -- Building 200 third & fourth floors which is approximately 45,000 sq. ft.. This project includes renovating the existing floors into outpatient primary care clinics along with all supporting and testing services. The existing on-going primary care 4 modules are located in building #1 of this complex. These will be relocated to the renovated building #200. The Outpatient Services the project includes but not limited to examination rooms, doctors offices, conference rooms, social service and voluntary services, toilets, administration and waiting spaces. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Area of consideration isrestricted to 100 miles of the Hines VA Hospital, Hines IL.
