Travis AFB intends to procure 2 each Inbound Passenger Baggage Conveyor systems (i.e. Luggage Carrousels). The solicitation includes the removal and palletization of the existing system and installation of the new system. A description of the requirement will be issued with the solicitation. This solicitation is being issued using the test procedures under FAR Part 13 and the Commercial Procedures outlined in FAR Part 12 and DFAR Part 212. Due to the restrictions in FAR Part 19.502-2(c) this acquisition will be unrestricted. Solicitation will issue o/a 7 September 1998.
