synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F4561398Q0835 is issued
as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated
provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-5. Standard Industrial Code is 1795. Small business size
standard is $7M. Provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment
and tools needed to demolish Building 350, Fairchild AFB, WA. Work
includes, but is not limited to, demolishing, removing and legally
disposing of off-site and off-base, Building 350, including all
existing above-grade and below-grade foundations and concrete footings.
Remove and legally dispose of off-site and off-base all asbestos
containing material in accordance with project specifications. Remove
and legally dispose of off-site and off-base all indicated parking
areas adjoining the facility, except parking on the street and south of
the building as indicated on the Drawings. Demolish, remove and legally
dispose of all electrical equipment within Building 350 as well as the
concrete equipment bases. Perform final clean up of area to remove all
demolition debris. Backfill and grade site to remove indentations and
depressions. Cover disturbed areas with 3" of topsoil and hydroseed.
Proposals shall be submitted lump sum. Quotes may be faxed to SSgt

date is 28 Sep 98. Total performance period is 105 days. Working hours
are weekdays, 0730 to 1630, excluding federal holidays. Site Visit is
tentatively set for 10:00 am on 18 Sep 98. Numbered Note 1 applies.

Certifications (Jan 1997) applies to this acquisition. A
completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any
