These manuals and other related documents are issued by such organizations as the SEC, Self Regulatory Organizations and similar organizations including the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., New York Stock Exchange, Inc., Chicago Board of Option Exchanges, Inc., other exchanges, and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Such information must be accessed and updated using CD-ROM technology. The service must be compatible with current hardware and software of the SEC data processing environment.
