This change has implications for the (a) organization structure, (b) work processes, (c) roles and (d) skill sets of EES employees. Will require 1) 3-4 day workshop to enhance skills of current Performance Consultants, 2) Provide workshop for "new" ESR/Performance Consultants (8 days in length), 3) Develop a cadre of Internal coaches which will entail a 3 day workshop, 4) Consultation, 5) Presentations.
