Software includes: STOP OS 4.4 Binary License, SAGE Binary License, X.400 MTA Binary License, X.500 DSA Binary License, and DII Guard application software. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) has been certified, justified, and approved for Wang Government Services, Inc.. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed item based on responses to this notice is solely within the Government's discretion.
