D- The DLA Administrative Support Center intends to issue a order to GE Capital Spacenet Services (formerly AT&T Tridom) for all necessary labor, equipment and materials required to develop, implement, and maintain the two uplink video channels located at Wright Patterson AFB satellite uplink antenna. This requirement is for the equipment of services of GE Spacenet. GE Spacenet is the sole provider of the FTS2000 Wideband Video Transmission Service (WVTS) Digital Satellite Compression Feature (DSCF) available to only Federal Government and Dept. of Defense agencies. An integral part of this WVTS DSCF is the Conditional Access Management System (CAMS) which is unique, proprietary code owned, operated and licensed by GE Spacenet. The services to be performed is to provide technical and project management support via the design, engineering, integration, equipment acquisition, installation, implementation, training and maintenance of two uplink video channels at Wright Patterson AFB. No award will be made on the basis of any response to this advertisement.
