Contractor shall meet commercial standards established by industry; federal, state, and local regulatory requirements; and Air Force Occupational Safety and Health. Contract type will be firm-fixed-price. Basic period of performance will be 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with four (4) one-year option periods. A Phase-In period may be included.
