J -- MINE COUNTERMEASURES SHIP; MCM 1 CLASS SHIPS IN THE INGLESIDE, TX AREA SOL N00024-99-R-8500 DUE 010899 POC Pamela Grant, Contract Specialist, SEA 0285G, (703)602-7714 ext.294 and Rochelle Allen, Procuring Contracting Officer, SEA 0285A, (703)602-7714 ext.291 Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Phased Maintenance Program Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract (base year plus four option years) for advance planning and execution of MCM 1 Class Phased Maintenance Availabilities (PMAs) and Docking Phased Maintenance Availabilities (DPMAs) in the Ingleside, TX homeport area. The MCM 1 Class contract will include MCMs 1-4, 6, 8-11 and 14 (consisting of 16 PMAs and 8 DPMAs). The contract will also contain an inter-availability line item for maintenance during the contract period of performance. Place of performance is restricted to the Ingleside, TX homeport area. The contract award winner will not be offered the use of Navy drydocks. The Contractor will be responsible for providing other facilities (i.e. pier, utilities, etc).
