The Government anticipates Phases I-IV will be awarded to one or more contractors. Phases III and IV will be awarded to either one contractor for both the goggles and spectacles, or to one contractor for the goggles and one contractor for the spectacles. Phase IV will be a 36 month effort with two ordering periods, each 18 months in length. The maximum quantities for both Phase IV ordering periods combined is 58,000 each goggles, 64,000 each spectacles, and 60,000 each prescription lens carrier (if separate/removable).
