Space IQT Academic Facility, Vandenberg AFB, California. This proposed contract is 100% set-aside for 8A competition. JOB DESCRIPTION. This project consists of a 3800 SM one-story building for Space IQT Academic Facility with exterior concrete masonry units and concrete roof tiles. Exterior features include parking lot and landscaping. Also included in project is HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steel tube columns, steel beams and open web steel joists. Competition for this procurement is limited to 8(a) firms which have the SIC code 1542 among their approved SIC codes. The size standard for this SIC code is $17 million. This procurement is restricted to 8(a) firms listed with the San Francisco District Office of the Small Business Administration. Estimated cost is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
