intends to establish a fixed quantity repair contract to satisfy MIRL's
against the F-16 High Volt/Low Volt Power Supply. Work shall be
accomplished IAW Appendices A and C. Item 0001 High Volt/Low Power
Supply, NSN: 6130-99-371-0166WF, P/N: 7506- 00125, 35 each. The
Government does not have the technical data covering the repair
procedures to permit the development of a competivie repair package. To

labor and other parts/materials and equipment to accomplish this

disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government
personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict
confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not
participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection
