52.0046-4078. These clauses are included in Clause 52.212-4. FAR Clause
52.0000-4046 (local clause), Safety Plan is still applicable. Safety

Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Prior to award, contractors must
be registered in CCR. The following are questions and answers from

geologist? The Corps will provide a Government Representative who will
be responsible for logging all bore holes. Maybe a geologist,
geotechnical engineer or engineering technician. 2. Identify the number
of sites that the investigations will be performed at, the anticipated
number of holes at each site, and if possible the location of the
sites. It is not possible to identify the exact number of sites. The
investigation must remain flexible to explore other possible sites
which are not currently apparent particularly if the identified sites
prove to be unacceptable. 3. Clarify the quantity for line items CLIN
0002 -- "Set-ups, Moves, Drilling & Sampling" is 50 total, or 50 per
Mob/Demob. The quantity is for DAILY RATE which includes the costs for
drilling and sampling, clearing, moving and setting up. 4. Is the
contractor required to have a bulldozer on site at all times? A
bulldozer with operator will be on standby for the 50(10 hour days)DY.
The following phrase is added: The contractor shall provide a
bulldozer or other clearing equipment necessary to insure sufficient
progress is made to access drilling sites. The bid closing date is
