Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement shall cover the following items: CLIN 1. Medisave Software, one year license; CLIN 2. Training and support, including travel and expenses; CLIN 3. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
