Levy & Associates, Inc. of St. Louis, MO for the continued annual maintenance of its proprietary software, the Disability Determination Software System, utilized by the Federal Disability Determination Service (FDDS), as well as for 150 programming hours on this software. I. Levy & Associates is the only known source that can provide the required software maintenance support. Respondents should refer to JCE- 99-ILevy. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government does not intend to pay for any information submitted in response to this publication. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. All responses must be received by this office by close of business day September 30, 1998.
