The Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to award the following items to EMO Computer Products, Inc in Naperville, Florida. They are as follows: Item (1): Conference Room Scheduling and Control System, V5.0 upgrade from single user, 2/2 user license; Item (2): Network Application Server and Peripheral Kit for 1-10 simultaneous users; Item (3): Server Remote Dial-In, 4 User; Item (4): On-Site Server Installation; Item (5): On-site software installation, per work stations (2) total; Item (6) Server Hardware on-site service upgrade on Monday through Fridays, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. local time with a four (4) hour response time. This software will be used in the lucent bridges between the Birmingham, VA Medical Center and the Long Beach, VA Medical Center. The integration of these two medical center will allow them to function as one. Once installed, scheduling can be handled from either location simultaneously allowing update of one master calendar for all events. This upgrade is only available from EMO Computer Products.
