The scope of the work is for 24 per hour day coverage, 7 days per week, including all holidays for switchboard operation services. RFP No. 636-4-99 will be issued approximately October 1, 1998 and will be due back by close of business approximately October 15, 1998. Award will be made for the period commencing November 1, 1998 through October 31, 1999, and four (4) subsequent renewal periods.
