36 -- BACK NUMBERING EQUIPMENT FOR USE ON LARGE GUMMED COILS OF POSTAGE STAMPS POC Sharon Phillips, Contract Specialist, at 202-874-3255 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) anticipates awarding a sole source contract to Imaje Ink Jet Printing Corporation for printer hardware consisting of 5 numbering heads to be used in the back-numbering of large gummed coils of postage stamps at the Washington, D.C. facility. This hardware system must be compatible with current BEP back-numbering equipment. Interested businesses capable of providing this equipment should submit sufficient data in order for the Government to determine company's capability. This data shall be submitted to Sharon Phillips at the above address on or before September 30, 1998.
