UNICOR, anticipates awarding this as a multiple requirements which will result in no more than three (3) contract awards for each line item listed in Section B. The offerors must submit a proposal for all line item to be considered for award. Each contractor has to be able to supply every line upn request with delivery within 5 days of ARO. Items will be completed among the three(3) awarded contracts upon request for purchase. This an "all or none" requirement. The paper to be supplied should be recycled. No virgin paper is accepted. No sample are required. Minimum Post Consumer Waste content is 50% wastepaper content with 10% post consumer waste. This is subject to change in accordance with Executive Order 49643, Vol 63, o. 179 dated September 16, 1998.
