The 15th Contracting Squadron, Hickam AFB HI is currently seeking sources interested in Publishing a guide and map to Military members on Oahu, HI. Publisher is to produce a base guide and map to provide Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard members in Hawaii information about the mission of their command; installation or community services available; local geography, history; and related information. This guide is to be no less than 200 pages. The resulting award will be a Commercial Enterprise Agreement. All proceeds from the sale of advertisements for the guide and the map belong to the Publisher who agrees to bear all costs and expenses incurred publishing the guide and map.
