This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement for twelve (12) months of Reuters World News Wire Services. No substitutions will be accepted. Reuters News Media is the only provider of this service. The period of performance shall be from 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 .
