IHS will be converting existing orders for individual stand alone magnetic media subscriptions to password-required internet access subscriptions for Active and Historical Military Documents and GSA Source One Basic. The Military Documents are to include DoD Standardization Service with weekly updates, Naval Instructions/Directives, DoD Directives, and Historical DoD Standardization Service. Subscription duration is for a one year period, effective on the date of award. The contract will have a base period and two options, each lasting one year.
