Project requires the demolition and replacement of a 700 SF personnel passageway connecting buildings 200 and 201 at Clear AS, Alaska. Demolition involves removal of the existing wood framed structure, concrete floor slab and foundation. Asbestos floor tile, mastic and pipefittings will be abated prior to demolition of the structure. Existing exterior wood siding will be removed and disposed of as hazardous waste due to lead content of the paint primer. A new structure will be built on the existing site and will include a new foundation, complete interior finishes, an EFIS exterior finish and standing seam metal roof. Project will also involve minor amounts of concrete curbing, sidewalks, asphalt drives and lawn seeding. sic code is 1542. The magnitude is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
