20 -- COALESCING FILTERS SOL N00406-99-R-5007 DUE 112098 POC Victor Angkico 360-476-0267 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is soliciting for the following replacement coalescing filters to be used in the air pneumatic hoist aboard the CVN-72A, Abraham Lincoln: Paramatic Filter Corporation (PFC) p/n 690393-1, 3/4" (7 EA); PFC p/n 690393-2, 1-1/4" (25 EA); and PFC p/n 690393-3, 1-1/2" (2 EA). The Government intends to solicit this acquisition on a sole source basis to the Paramatic Filter Corporation, Denville, NJ. Paramatic Filter Corporation possesses the proprietary drawings required for the design and manufacture of the filters. The Government does not have the necessary information required to acquire these filters on a competitive basis. Delivery of all filters are required no later than 01 May 99. The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 Oct 98 with a 30 day closing date.
