The Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) has a requirement for approximately 2,200 labor hours of consulting services in the area of Performance Measurement Integration using the SAS/ITSV product. Full production use of SAS/ITSV for performance analysis was started in 1997. For completion of projects, it is necessary for capacity planning to procure services that involved SAS/ITSV and it's reporting capabilities to provide useful information the appropriate parties requesting information within PTO. The services to be provided include integration of new SAS/ITSV databases for MeasureWare agents located on HP/UX servers; integration of new variables added with new releases of MeasureWare; design, development, and implementation of new performance databases; and customized reporting and graphics using SAS system.
