Contractor shall be required to deliver to all commissaries located within CONUS. Award is to be made on a fixed price basis for an indefinite quantity type contract. The base period will be one year with two option years to extend the terms of the contract for two 12 month periods. Solicitation will be issued on or about October 30, 1998.
