The Francis Marion National Forest plans to contract for Hand Release of Longleaf Pine Seedlings by using hand chop and stump spray or injection on the Wambaw and Witherbee Ranger Districts, Berkeley and Charleston Counties, South Carolina. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and supplies in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the solicitation to release Longleaf Pine Seedlings from competition to increase growth rates.
