Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP)is seeking individual(s)in the
Raleigh/Durham NC area to conduct telephonic interviews with Federal
Probation Officers to collect information about inmates who have been
released from BOP custody. Services include but are not limited to
coding arrest information from Federal Bureau of Investigations'
automated database for inmates who have been released from BOP custody,
enter data collected through telephonic interviews and database
retrieval into a database maintained by the BOP, maintain quality
control of databases by responding to error reports generated by BOP
staff, retrieve criminal justice and drug treatment pubications from
local libraries or via the Internet, where possible; and maintain an
automated database of criminal justice and drug treatment publications.
Interested parties are advised that required services will be performed
at the Federal Correctional Institution in Butner, North Carolina.
Travel to the Central Office location in Washington DC may be required
on occassion. Interested parties are advised that awardee(s) will be
subject to required security background investigations and
clearances/approvals obtained before access to the Institution will be
permitted without an escort. Performance will begin upon contract
award through a period of 12 months. Interested parties shall submit a
