The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, has a requirement for all labor and materials to fabricate two Relief Maps and two Satellite Digital Imagery Panels. General Requirements are: Map sizes are: 1 -- 4' 10" X 7" (to be installed vertically on wall); and 1-5' X 7' (to be installed vertically on wall). Panels size are: 5' X 7' X 2" (fastened flush to wall and supported by a box frame). The Relief Maps require a power supply standard wall outlet plug connection and fiberoptics (in different colors). The Contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, facilities, and materials necessary to detail, fabricate, and transport the Relief Maps and Satellite Digital Imagery Panels, including application of graphics and fiberoptic lighting. Delivery is FOB Destination, to Yuma, Arizona. Offers will be evaluated based on cost, technical capabilities, and past performance. Award will be made to the responsible offeror that provides a technically acceptable product at the lowest price. The offeror shall provide three samples (photographs) of past projects which demonstrate the technical capabilities; and three references for which similar work has been performed. The requirement will be processed using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Copies of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or about October 23, 1998. Copies of this RFQ can be viewed at the Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Room 132, Yuma AZ 85364. Only written request received from the requestor will be accepted.
