The United States Postal Service is seeking to Prequalify most highly qualified on-demand digital printer(s) who can support Mailing Online Program in the Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City areas. Mailing Online is an Internet based service enabling a Postal Customer to electronically send documents produced on a desktop computer to the Postal Service, which than routes them to a print facility. Most highly qualified suppliers must have the capability to provide turnkey printing, finishing, and distribution of mail pieces delivered electronically to the printer(s) site by the Postal Service, and delivery to designated Postal drop sites in the Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York CIty areas by the printer. The Prequalification Request being issued will require interested suppliers who can meet our requirements to provide the Postal Service with a Prequalification Statement which addresses the following evaluation criteria; past performance on similar services, supplier capability, and financial capability.
