This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Delco Remy America and others. The total extension shall not exceed 4 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
