Proctor, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-2859 The US Army CECOM Acquisition Center-Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order with Software Moguls, Inc., at 6400 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. The Contractor shall provide software support for the Software Moguls software products installed on government hardware platforms supporting the ISM/SBIS project. The hardware configuration being used for the ISM/SBIS network is the RISC 6000 and HP 9000 series with interface from personal computers. Annual support entitles the Army to major software updates as well as access to telephone technical support services and technical manual(s) for the software updates and fixes. All work is to be performed under an anticipated fixed price order. The Government's obligation is contingent upon appropriation of funds by Congress and will be signed under the Subject to Availability of FY99 Funds with the intent to pay.
