The principle items of work include but are not limited to the following: contractor shall install two brick walls, each one 25 foot wide and approximately 5 foot high from grade, with columns and piers to support a double Heavy Duty double cantilever gate; gate shall meet in middle of road and operate electronically from remote control; contractor shall install ten inch high cast aluminum lettering; contractor shall field verify all dimensions and existing site conditions.
