The deflector is about 9 1/4 inches in diameter by 7 7/8 inches long. Requirements are 8, Blast Deflectors. FOB Point is Destination. Heavy Phosphate Coating is required in accordance with DOD-P-16232. Estimated issue date is 13 Nov 98. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY99 requirement. In order to receive the above TDP, an executed Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement is required. This Agreement shall be requested from ACALA, ATTN: AMSTA-AC-PCW-B, Rita Nelson, Rock Island, IL 61299-7630, and will be available prior to the release of the solicitation. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c).
