This requirement is for on-line electronic retrieval from databases which give full text access to legal information and news from over 140 national and international publications and wire services. This service provides for information in the areas of legislation, regulation, business, financial, public record, medical, current affairs, and news wire stories. Legislative databases include access to case law, administrative decisions, statutes, regulations, law reviews and speciality publications. No solicitation is available, therefore interested firms must submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to furnish this requirement including technical and pricing data.
