Helicopter Textron, 600 Hurst Blvd., Fort Worth TX, 76053, Smiths
Newmark LTD, New Addington Croydon, United Kingdom and BF Goodrich
Avionics Systems Inc., Grand Rapids, MI, 25583, F.O.B. Destination with
deliveries to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana TX. Deliveries to begin
150 days after receipt of order at a rate of 5 the first month and 10
each per month thereafter. This proposed contract action is for
supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and
drawings to permit full and open competition. The rights to use the
data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not
owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or
otherwise obtained. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C 2304
(c)(1). This proposed contractual action is for supplies which cannot
be procured through full and open competition because the
authoritycited states only one responsible sources and no other
supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1.
Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above
are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer and
provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in
the current or future requirements. All responsible sources may submit
an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Intended source are
