The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Contractor Field Services (CFS) for the Naval Aviation Engineering Service Unit. The proposed procurement consists of Task 26721 which supports the MH-53E aircraft. The basic contract period is 1 April 1999 through 30 September 1999. The task will also contain two (2) twelve month options and one (6) six month option period. The period of performance, inclusive of options, will total 36 man months. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for Contractor Field Service Representative as appropriate.
