The American Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus requires the operation and management of local guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, protect life, maintain order, deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents and property and terrorist acts against all US assets, and prevent damage to Government property. The contract will cover the Chancery compound as well as off-site offices and residences. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. The estimated number of hours for unarmed static and roving guards is 85,330 per year. Contract period is for one year with four, one year options to renew.
