This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Raytheon Aerospace Support Services (RASS) is soliciting a proposal for the following services: Learjet Model 35A TFE731-2-2-2b 1400 hour inspection MPI in accordance with TFE731 light maintenance manual/AAIP Program to perform pre & post calibration runs on each engine/vibration survey to include fan balance if necessary along with a compressor wash. Perform 2500 hour plenum chamber inspection and Eddy current/florescent penetrant on the fan disks. Eddy current the A5 nozzle air seal and perform a combustion chamber sizing to insure performance. Remove and functional test surge bleed valve and reinstall. Comply with 300,600,800 hour routine periodic inspection. Perform borescope inspection of the compressor area for general condition. Perform a complete research of the engine log books/technical records of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Cycle/Time life limited parts and maintenance history and comply with as required. Only! Learjet Factory Service facilities or Learjet Authorized Service Facilities interested shall submit a proposal on company letterhead.
