Firm, fixed-price A/E contract for design services for Project 626-302, Ward Upgrade Phase 3 for Patient Privacy. This is not a request for proposals. Services to be contracted for will be the full design development, construction documents, and construction period services for the renovation of approximately 18,000 gsf of existing hospital ward space. The design work will include all major disciplines of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and industrial hygiene to upgrade medical nursing unit Ward 2 North in order to correct configuration, mechanical, and electrical deficiencies. Contractor shall evaluate and expand existing mechanical room on south end of building providing all necessary utilities and new mechanical system equipment to accommodate future renovations of the south wing. Estimated construction cost is $3,325,000. Estimated contract time for design development and construction documents is 120 calendar days.
