There is a requirement for Range Quantities for a period of five (5) years. The three (3) ranges are as follows: (1) 500-1,000 packages; (2) 1,001-2,000; (3) 2,001-3,000 packages. EACH BIDDER SHALL SUBMIT TWO (2) BID SAMPLES WITH THEIR SEALED BID PACKAGE FOR GOVERNMENT EVALUATION. THE BID SAMPLES WILL NOT BE RETURNED AFTER THE GOVERNMENT EVALUATION.
