U.S. Army is soliciting ITT Avionics for a sole source modification to the CECOM Time and Materials (T&M) contract DAAB07-96-D-D602. This contract provides engineering services in support of the Suite of Integrated RF Countermeasures (SIRFC) program. The modification will increase the ceiling price from $20,000,000 to $30,000,000 and increase the period of performance from 36 months to 60 months. The efforts included under this contract include: advanced technology insertion programs into the SIRFC architecture; technical support for integration of the SIRFC system into various aircraft; Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) support for flight/ground testing against state-of-the-art air defense systems to include developing and programing radars/ and repair hardware/software. The Government is not in possession of a Level III drawing or technical data package to support the SIRFC hardware.
