SP4400-99-R-0004 will be issued on or about November 24, 1998, and approximate closing date is January 5, 1999. This solicitation will result in a requirements-type contract with an 18-month base period and two 18-month option periods. This RFP will have separate bid schedules to allow for multiple awards if advantageous to the Government. Performance will be requested by issuance of written delivery/task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection.
