Vessels are 40 feet, 8 inches in length and 13 feet, 6 inches in width. Vessel's homeports are located within Group Mobile. Availability schedules are defined separately for each vessel. The performance period for each vessel is TWENTY-ONE (21) calendar days. The place of performance is not geographically restricted, however, for the vessel to travel by water, the maximum nautical mileage will be limited to FIFTY (50) nautical miles from it's homepier. Any contractor providing for work to be accomplished at a commercial location exceeding FIFTY (50) nautical miles will have to transport the vessel by land at the contractor's expense which shall be inclusive in the amount bid. The contract will consist of ONE (1) base year and THREE (3) option years to be exercised at the Government's discretion.
