D -- CABLE TELEVISION SERVICES The United States Air Force intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Falcon Communications, L.P. to provide cable television service at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. Cable services expected to begin 01 December 1998. Award will be in the form of a purchase order for current fiscal year 99. The only known source for this requirement is Falcon Communication, L.P. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received by 20 November 1998 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
