The requirement for this acquisition is as follows: One 2048 Kbits/s digital international circuit between Prague, Czechoslovakia and heidelberg/LANDCENT,Germany. The circuit shall be terminated in NATO owned multiplex equipment. It should be noted that the provider should be already in business with international circuits due to the limited timeframe available for implementation.
